Frequently Asked Questions

We do not require you to wear a uniform/specific dance wear for your first class, so please come along in something loose, comfortable and easy to move in e.g. leggings/jogging bottoms and t-shirt will be suitable.

We ask that children wear Ballet Shoes for regular classes. However for their trial socks are permitted as they give the child freedom to point their toes.
We have FREE parking spaces available on site. If parking outside the Kempshott Methodist Church car park, we ask that everyone parks considerately and do not obstruct neighbours access or the bus route.

There is additional parking available off Kempshott Lane and Homesteads Road by Tesco Express which is a short 5 minute walk down a footpath to the Methodist Church.
We ask everyone to arrive 10 minutes before class. Please make your way to the entrance of Kempshott Methodist Church, Kempshott Lane, RG22 5LF.

You will be welcomed by our wonderful team!
We ask you arrive 10 mins before the end of class. You will be met by one of our team who will invite you to speak to the teacher and find out how your child got on in their class. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions and sign them up.
We ask that your child brings as little as possible to the studio classes. This ensures that they have maximum space in class, they are unlikely to lose belongings and helps with the handovers.
All our classes come with a "First Class Guarantee" this means you have not committed or secured your place until after your trial class. This enables you to make sure your child enjoys their time with us.

However, it is highly recommended to secure your place on the day as until this is done your child's place is not secure. If your child is still unsure after class a second trial can be booked but the spaces are still given on first availability and with class numbers restricted we cannot guarantee your space.
With our youngest students, we do recommend that you give them a few weeks to settle in. A new environment can be unsettling for them and it can take them a couple of weeks to ‘find their confidence, build bonds with the teachers and start to join in.

They will be encouraged to join in by our teachers and assistants, but we understand that some little minds like to take in the class and the expectations, so we will not force them to participate, as they may just need some time to observe before they start to copy and join in.

Our team are very experienced and will do their utmost to help settle your child and make them feel welcome.
We ask all parents of 3-6 years children to remain close by during class time. Please be assured if your child does become distressed we will come and get you.
If your child is unwell and unable to attend the first class, please email us and let us know so we can re-arrange another date which is suitable for you.
Once you have requested to sign your child up. Our office will action this and an invoice will be sent for future classes.
